Some sort of industries not allowed to use these techniques or some barriers observed. However the HRM should have strategic plan to overcome recruitment issues and in my opinion it should be very tricky and situational. But I do agree with your evidence and appreciated.

Every and Each candidate needs to go through 3 to 4 rounds of interviews, that is if Apple is satisfied with the resumes you have given them. During this first interview, Apple team members will ask each candidate a series of social questions, social and more of a people person would be what Apple really wants. And this is how they select the best employees for their organization.
